Conveyor Belt
The containers are divided into several lines by the partition board on the bottle-feeding conveyor belt, and then are evenly divided by the bottle dividing mechanism.
After the containers are grouped, they fall onto the cardboard through the bottle dropping mechanism.
In the process of descending with bottles and cardboard in the falling mechanism, the cardboard is folded into a carton through a combined baffle.
While the main drive is advancing with the carton, the top of the carton is sprayed by the spraying mechanism, then the top edge is folded down by the cam mechanism, while the front pressing box is pressed down to complete the top bonding; the carton continues to move forward, and then the side spraying of the carton is completed by the spraying mechanism, and through the side pressing and back pressing box mechanism.
