Carbonated Drink bottle rinsing part
- The bottle-rinsing system is composed of water distribution valve, bottle-holder, guiding rail and rotator plate.
- The outset of rinsing can be adjusted by adjusting the angles of water distribution valve.
- The spraying position is set properly before leaving the factory.
- In the case of slight leakage you may adjust the pressure of the spring under the valve.
Carbonated Drink bottle filling part
- High-precision filling head - filling volume can be adjusted in fine steps, and the liquid level is consistent after filling.
- If the liquid level in bottle is not proper, the position of filling must be adjusted by adding or decreasing the adjusting gasket to high or low the position respectively.
- We choose soft drink all connecting parts is SUS304 or SUS316.
- Welding rob must choose SUS316..100% make sure our machine high quality.
Carbonated Drink Bottle capping part
- The Capper consists of an internal steel structure with stainless steel casing.
- Fixed components include the cap hopper, cap feeder and cam actuating capping heads.
- The cap feeder and all contact parts are made of stainless steel or food grade plastic.
- The cap feeder guides the caps onto a chute for pick-up.
- A rotative capping turret with magnetic chuck heads applies plastic screw caps on PET bottles.
