What types of beer filling machines are there?
Beer filling machines can be divided into several types according to different processes and application scenarios, mainly the following categories:
Normal Pressure Filling Machine
Suitable for filling beer with better self-flow properties, such as some low-pressure or less foaming beer.
During filling, the pressure inside and outside the container is the same, and the bottle flows in by its own weight.
Isobaric Filling Machine (Isobaric Negative Pressure Filling)
Before filling, fill the bottle with a certain pressure of gas to make the pressure inside and outside the bottle consistent, and then fill the liquid.
Commonly used in carbonated beverages, such as beer and carbonated beverages, it can effectively reduce foam and gas loss.
Negative Pressure filling machine
Use negative pressure (vacuum) to suck beer into the bottle.
It is more suitable for small-batch production or products that are highly sensitive to foam, but it is not as common as isobaric filling in the beer field.
Reflux Isobaric Filling Machine
A special isobaric filling process, in which the gas can flow back to the liquid storage tank during the filling process, reducing the generation of bubbles and improving the filling speed and quality.
Many modern beer production lines use this type.
Aseptic Filling Machine
Used for high-end craft beer, especially some beer that is not pasteurized.
The equipment has aseptic environment control to ensure the quality of beer.
Ultra-clean Filling Machine (Clean Filling)
Similar to aseptic filling, but with slightly lower requirements, suitable for beer that requires a certain degree of cleanliness but is not absolutely sterile.
Small Beer Filling Machine (Desktop/manual type)
Suitable for small breweries and home brewed beer.
Small size, simple operation, cheap price, can be filled manually or semi-automatically.
Filling and capping machine
Integrated filling and capping functions to improve production efficiency.
It is standard for most commercial beer production lines.
