1.Cap de-capping machine
The empty bottle will goes inside the de-capping machine. While the bottle come inside the de-capping machine, photo electrical will send the signal to PLC, PLC will instruct de-capping cylinder and barreled hold cylinder to make the up and down action.
And let the de-cap head catch the cap, and let the barreled leave the conveyor chain, and also under instruction of PLC, barreled raised up. After the cap removed by the de-cap head, the head will opened, this time the huff device work, will put the cap inside the collector.
2.Automatic barrel External brushing machine
The machine is mainly made of excellent stainless steel and easy to wash. SIEMENS and OMRON electricity components are adopted as main component .

4.Filling part
1.Uploading and dropping barrels changed from 45 degree to translatory which is more stable.
2.Nozzle can insert into 10-15cm of the barrel in order to rinse little impurities down Rinsing pump is separately controlled by different magnetic valves. Pump only work when there is barrel on that. lt can avoid the mixture of different cleaning fluid.
5.capping part
1.Liquid level difference is controlled in 1cm.
2.Machine is equipped with Cap Sterilization system, which is 1.2m. The system make
products more clean and safe by using sterilization and finished water.
